Business owners in Downtown Scranton, and beyond, are participating in a new Scranton Tomorrow project designed to Scare Up Some Business this fall. Through October 31, scarecrows will be on display in planters and storefronts in Downtown Scranton, and the greater Scranton area. The promotion is part of our Fall Into Downtown campaign, designed to encourage everyone in the community to enjoy the beauty of fall in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and support local!
